BloomLightly SaaS - Subscription Terms (Free and Premium)

These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") apply to BloomLightly SaaS subscription plans and are part of the main Terms of Service ("TOS"). If a term is not defined here, it has the meaning given in the TOS.
1. Plans Covered by This Document
Free Plan: no recurring subscription fee, limited features and usage limits.
Premium Plan: paid recurring subscription with expanded features and higher usage allowances.
2. Plan Limits and Fair Use
Each plan includes product limits (for example: number of farms, batches, and batch units).
Current limits are shown in the app, pricing page, or order form.
If a limit is reached, some actions may be blocked until usage is reduced or the plan is changed.
We may update technical limits to protect platform stability, security, and fair use, with notice where required by law.
3. Premium Billing, Renewal, and Taxes
Premium is billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise at checkout).
Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
Charges are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout.
Prices are shown before purchase and may exclude taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and tax information.
4. Cancellation and Downgrade
You may cancel Premium at any time through the billing portal or account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise in writing.
After cancellation, your account may move to Free plan limits.
If your current usage exceeds Free limits, features may be restricted until usage is reduced.
5. Failed Payments and Suspension
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge.
If payment remains unsuccessful, we may restrict Premium features or suspend account access until payment is resolved.
We may suspend access immediately in cases of security risk, abuse, fraud, or material breach of the TOS.
6. Changes to Pricing or Features
We may change Premium prices or plan features in the future.
Any changes apply on renewal after notice, unless a different timing is required by law.
Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated pricing or plan terms.
7. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable, including partial billing periods, unless required by applicable law.
If required by law, statutory withdrawal/refund rights apply.
8. Data Protection
Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies.
You remain responsible for your legal obligations as controller, including notices and lawful basis where required.
9. Order of Precedence
If these Subscription Terms conflict with the TOS, the following order applies:
- signed order form (if any),
- these Subscription Terms,
- TOS.
